At Downies Collectables, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds; that is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition items or final sale pieces may be ineligible for return to maintain the exclusivity of our collection.

Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and authenticity cards are included.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
